My Little Dandelions is Sold
I loved this dandelion necklace and this one by far the fastest jewelry that's sold after listed online in my ArtFire studio :D Listed on March 23 and sold on March 29.
I was a little surprised that it was my fiance's sister that bought it. God bless her. To show my gratitude, I enclosed a fine silver-copper ring for her that I made a while ago. The size was perfect, I hope she'll like it :)
Also yesterday, I just got another AF studio named Popnicute Supplies to sell some handmade beads and destash. It's still empty now, but I will try to fill it up soon.
Meanwhile, check out my newest listing featuring one of my huge yellow beads.

What A Sad Day It Has Been
MangaRevolution.com went offline for good :'(
MangaRevolution was a website dedicated for 2D art, mainly in Manga form. In years it was online, it evolved to a better place where it was dedicated to teach. It has its own Digital Art Tutorial section that was seperated from the members gallery. A lot of great and free tutorials had been submitted by the members, including myself, as our contributions to the lovely community.
What MR meant to me:
Well, it practically changed my life the way it is now. I met great friends, ~augustc4, the founder, was the reason I started drawing again. He was the every reason I got to where I am now. I think he probably doesn't even know how much changes he brought into my life. From long line of commissions, friendships, and finally a fiance whom I love so much.
If he never had approached me and offered his friendship and website (MR) to me, I'd never be half as successful as I am today and would probably end up alone. I hope ~augustc4 will keep in touch with us. Even tho I had never really be a part of MR v.2 (I was really active on the v.1), but it always had had a special place in my heart. Like a rooting stone for me. Just as long as it's there, I'd always have a place to call "home" and meet my friends.. but now it's gone... :( I guess I never realized how much it meant to me until it was gone. This time, F O R E V E R.. It was the kind of website you thought would be there forever in a million years.
I just hope all of my friends will keep posting in AA Forum where we all can mingle and keep in touch with each other.
A copy of the founder's last journal in MR.
The MR chatroom was packed with people today, to countdown the hours until MR went offline for good. It's really nice to get people again in the long abandoned chatroom but in the other hand, everyone felt the same, that they lost a piece of their hearts. MR as a community, was really tight. Everyone was helping each other. It was a place to grow, to laugh, to be random, to be yourself. Farewell MangaRevolution. It was great while it lasted. We will never forget you.
A 'fun' thing we did in the chatroom to mark this historical date.
Fiance and I were on webcam.

Look What Came in the Mail Yesterday!!
I got two packages I've been waiting for a while to come and finally they're here! The first one is this awesome package from Melissa Vess. Her gorgeous lampwork beads are in exceptional quality. The pictures really didn't do any justice. I'm in love with every one of them :D I don't think I'm ready to part from them yet. hahaha. Btw, Melissa is having 20% off sale in her shop, Go check them out, you won't be disappointed. Craving for more is a big possibility ;)
The second one was a package of Kumihimo foam disk from Sue. She bought me this disk on her expense after she heard I was using a wooden one. This foam disk is really nice indeed. Much better than the wooden one i bought and it doesn't make my fingers cramping out. I can get even tension because the threads didn't slide around. I immediately tried to make a braid from the booklet enclosed with the disk. I managed to finish 3" of it before I messed up. I tried to "unbraid" it by reversing the steps but somehow I couldn't do it as well as the first time and it got tangled instead >:( Out of frustration, I unbraided it all through and through but then I couldn't remember what was my color coordination that i managed to get the beautiful pattern that i liked T_T Now I'm still in the process of rediscovering the pattern. Been braiding-unbraiding for like 6 times already and still didn't find it. Hope 7th times a charm *crosses fingers* Sue is a really nice person. Go check her shop if you want some Kumihimo goodness!

DD is short of Daily Deviation. Selected deviations by deviantArt staffs, could be nominated by other members/staffs, are being featured for a full day on deviantArt's Front Page.
Thank God for everything! :D
And thanks for everyone who have commissioned/bought from me in the past, I'm getting closer to my $7.500 goal! I have a Send Kry1 to America Fund (I so need to update that page) that i've started a couple years back to fund my move to the USA. I'm moving to America next year and i hope to fulfill the goal in time!

Steampunk Squid
Not sure if this is qualified as "steampunk" yet but it does kinda look like that i think.
Anyway, i'm happy with this!! :D The focal bead is huge, 1" in diameter. Don't know what the stone is, possibly Jade. Maybe someone here knows the name?
I used a rose design as "rivets" on the left and right side. I didn't mean to make a squid but I guess my subconscious lead me to make one as I've been thinking of squids lately (there's a cephalopod challenge going on in a jewelry forum) I even subconsciously made 8 "tentacles". They were meant to be 7 but I punched the first hole not right in the middle. so 8 it is :D
When I showed it to my fiance, as he loves steampunk so much, he yelled "it's a squid!" and then I saw "the squid" image. Funny how our minds work sometimes.. Really, it took a life of its own but I'm happy with the result. I even consider it to be a reoccurring theme in my gallery :) Gotta love Steampunk!
Buy it right here right now :D
